Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of jane iredale.
Follow the steps below to return or exchange the item(s):
Call us at 217-931-9929 or via email at gracefulskiniseasy@gmail.com. A Beauty Advisor will provide you with a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email.
Print It Print the label from your email.
Pack It Pack items into a box and include your return authorization number. Seal the box and affix the pre-paid label to the outside. If your return label is not available, please return items to: jane iredale Attn: Returns 11 River Street Great Barrington, MA 01230 USA
Ship It Take the package to any USPS pick up or drop off location. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account
